Creva, in partnership with Durapak and Urban, showcased the best in livestock flooring solutions and youngstock feeding innovations at this year’s National Ploughing Championships in Co. Laois from 17th-19th September.
At Block 1, Row 8, Stand 94, visitors had the chance to explore a range of innovative farming technologies:
- Durapak Slatted Rubber Solutions: Attendees discovered how Creva's slatted rubber systems improved livestock comfort and health while enhancing farm hygiene. A wide range of Durapak rubber mats, along with crop protection solutions, were also on display. Durapak is dedicated to delivering quality, durability, and innovation. With a strong emphasis on livestock comfort, their patented three-piece slatted rubber mats have undergone extensive testing through Teagasc Beef Studies. The findings are clear: animals on Durapak mats perform better, with increased weight gain, leading to higher carcass weights and potentially improved carcass classification.

- Urban Calf Feeding Technology: The advanced calf feeding technology from Urban was highlighted, demonstrating how it streamlined feeding routines and ensured optimal calf growth and well-being.
During the Ploughing Championships, Creva announced an exclusive special offer on Urban products. This provided farmers the opportunity to invest in the latest calf feeding technology at a great price, whether upgrading their farms or investing for the first time.
Representatives from Urban HQ in Germany were present at the stand throughout the event, offering visitors a unique opportunity to speak directly with the experts behind the technology.
