Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied when you buy from us and understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without any penalty. A full refund will be provided to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement. If the cancellation window has passed, we cannot guarantee order cancellation due to our commitment to processing orders swiftly. 

For cancellation requests outside 24 hours, please email your cancellation request to team@crevainternational.com or call 091 3999 03 to speak with a member of our customer service team. The order status will determine if cancellation is possible. In the event that a cancellation is not possible, you may initiate the return process. Please see our return policy.

It is not possible to cancel customised orders that have already entered production. 

A restock fee may apply in circumstances where a business cost is incurred for the cancellation of any order that has already been packed and prepared for shipping. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders. An email notification will be sent to the same address provided for the email confirmation. 


Order Changes or Modifications

If you wish to make any changes to your order, please reach out to us within the 24-hour cancellation window. While we cannot guarantee modifications after the order has been processed, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.


You can return most items purchased from us within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at team@crevainternational.com or call us at 091 3999 03 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the items back to us, depending on the package dimensions. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once the item has been sent back, please email us with the tracking/reference number as proof it has been returned. If there is no proof of return shipping provided and the item is not received in our warehouse, no refund will be provided. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your banking provider. 

Please note that refusal of delivery will be viewed as a return and upon return of the goods to our warehouse, a refund will be issued, minus the return shipping cost.


Damage and Defect Policy

Should you encounter any defects or damage to your ordered products, please take pictures and email them, with your order number and a description of the damage to team@crevainternational.com. A member of our dedicated team will get back to you and offer support and possible resolutions. 


Wrong or Missing Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a delivery that is not what you ordered, missing parts or entire items, please contact our customer service team at team@crevainternational.com or call us on 091 3999 03 with your order number. We will provide you with possible resolutions. 


Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit and credit cards
  • Apple and Google Pay
  • Klarna 

For Klarna payments, you must set up your account directly with Klarna and be fully registered before using this payment method at the checkout. Any queries related to this payment method should be directed to Klarna’s customer support team.

By purchasing through the Durapak website, you agree that we may share your personal information, such as your name, address, and email, with selected third parties necessary for the fulfillment of your order. The purpose of sharing this information includes but is not limited to, facilitating shipping of purchased goods, processing payments, providing customer support, and facilitating the referral programme. 

By checking the “Agree to Terms and Conditions", you are also consenting to receive email communications from us regarding our products, services, and other updates. We value your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in our emails or by contacting customer support directly.

Please note that your consent to receive emails is not a condition of any purchase with us.

We ensure all third parties adhere to strict data protection and privacy standards comparable to ours. You have the right at any time to request information about the personal data we hold on you and request correction or deletion of any inaccuracies.
